"For a relaxing break why not come and stay in the South Downs National Park, in our beautiful thatched annex.  We have one double/twin room and one family room which has a separate sun room adjoining it with a double sofa bed for 3rd/4th person, and a further .  Both have their own en-suite, tea & coffee making facilities and flatscreen TV's.  There is also a separate guest living room and dining room with Sky TV and access into the garden.  Breakfast can be served in the dining room or on the terrace (weather permitting).

We also serve Sussex Cream Teas and evening meals (by prior arrangement).  There are also several country pubs and restaurants within walking distance, who offer delicious home cooked food.

We are within walking distance of Alfriston and Berwick villages and one minute from the English Wine Centre and Drusilla’s Zoo, and a ten minute drive from Glyndebourne.  Brighton, Lewes, Eastbourne and Seaford are all just a short drive away.  We have many scenic walks right outside our door.  Being situated in the National Park there are many beautiful walks that you can do, we can provide some delicious homemade delicacies to take with your picnic."
